The support from Acehost is a nightmare. emails often go unasnered in spite of AceHost's claim that their service standard for responding to support emails is 6 hours. The 24/7 live support is non-existent. I have been monitoing AceHost availability: 1 out of every 10 attempts to access this service. Most times it is "offline". I would not recommend AceHost if support is an issue.
