This company is amazing. I came from a bad situation with One2Host and was immediately surprised. I received 24 hour response, and many times within just an hour or two. They also have a Forum site where many people are available to help you and they started a recent chat function. They also upgraded their packages at no cost recently. They are growing fast, so there are some small growing pains, but nothing that affects anything other than a potential delay when contacting actual customer service. Most problems, however, can be handled in the forums pages or via chat with other customers or moderators. EXCELLENT!
