| "Horribly rude service...." |

Well, I've had an account with them for about a year. I've had a number of problems,all handled by relatively inept tech support, but nothing I couldn't look past. Then, I couple days ago I noticed my site was suspended. Since my credit card was recently renewed there was a period of about two weeks where it was inactive. So, I wrote them an email telling them to re-activate the account, gave my CC info and also mentioned that it would have been nice to get an email from them warning about the suspension. I was perfectly nice. Well, I got back an extremely rude email from them and after a few more amazingly rude, nasty emails I just told them I would take my business elsewhere. I would have to strongly recommend against doing business with these people. There is no number to call, they won't give you their name, they are rude, their tech support is horrid, and they are shockingly unprofessional. |
