I'm in the US and have been having major problems with One2Host. I contacted 2CO.com at 877-294-0273 and got my credit card charge refunded. They're the company that issues the payments for One2Host.

Ok...I renewed my subscription for the year coming and got one weeks full service from them, then all ceased to work. Tried whois and found that both addresses they used are inaccurate and the phone number is not recognised. I have sent 3 recorded delivery letters to them and have tracked them. They have not been recieved and should have got there by now. I have attempted to allow another host in the uk to transfer my domain to them and filled in the needed tag transfer slip and sent to one 2host . ripoff Their I-Help page claims that there is a conectivety problem and has been since Jan26th 2004...Yeah right. I have reported this to the BBC watchdog programm as well as trading standards office here in the UK and I am sorry to say that I fear the worst in that that they have done a runner. Luckily my transaction was paid by credit card and i may be able to recover loses, but will keep you posted. Tomorrow wed the 17th i will be calling the local police in the One2Host vacinity to claim a case of fraud and request they send someone over there to see if there is sign of life...if not...then i know for sure!

Since we all know one2host sucks and they are theives, here is their contact information: Organization: One2Host Internet Services Address: 83 Abbey Road Belvedere London, DA17 Phone: +44.7989966041 Fax: +44.7989966041 Email: billing@one2host.com They will NOT answer anything if you are upset with them in anyway, but will be happy to take your money and keep your domain. The only option you have to get it back is to go to their merchant who processes the credit cards - paysystems. You can also contact enom at www.enom.com and go to their support. One2Host is a reseller of theirs. Good luck and next time go to someone reliable like www.godaddy.com (which I have no affiliation with, just a happy customer)

Hello, I found this site and just want to share my experience with everyone. I had the same problems with One2Host, but when I decided it was time to switch hosts, I contacted Enom, their domain name provider, directly. I was able to change my domain password an owner information within 72 hours. Enom simply contacted them, received no response (go figure) and told me how to change my password. I hope this helps.

AVOID THESE LOSERS!! I wish I had done my homework before signing up with these morons. They were quick to take my money but neglected to renew my domain in a timely fashion and I lost it. When I sent emails asking them to explain what happened and how do I get a refund they just ignored me.
